RATES FOR STANDARD FULL WEDDING DAYS ARE $4900 FOR MAY; JUNE & JULY $5100; AUGUST - OCTOBER $5700
The standard rental rate includes use of our properties on the event day, and use Friday to Sunday. Rehearsal & setup is held on Friday 12pm till 6pm, with your wedding on Saturday (9am till 11pm) and clean up on Sunday (9am till 12pm). We include day of coordination as well as no extra cost to use our venue decor - tons to choose from.
4 hour weddings include 4 hours on property; use of bridal suite, grooms suite, barn & property for $1,600
The Grape Arbor
Our large open space for receptions, parties and other events. Seated dinner capacity of ~130 people, 180 outside barn and dancing in the barn. Just adjacent is a two stall restrooms with a beautiful soapstone sink.
Our large extended grape arbor is nestled by fruit trees and a garden full of perennials.
Parking is available for over ~70 vehicles, and we include the 2 parking attendants on the day of your event.
Open fields all around, 5 acres of manicured lawn, wooded areas, with well maintained gardens, fruit & flowers trees with never ending flower gardens.
Nestled next to the bar, in between beautiful trees is a rock and stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor string lights for a magical setting.
FURNITURE & DECOR
155 wedding style wood chairs, 10 “Farmhouse” tables are included, 12 60” circle tables, 3 rustic dessert or gift tables, one long buffet table, large 18 foot dry bar set up area with a chest freezer to add your ice as well as a bar fridge & 6 whiskey barrels.
The barn has hanging drapes and lights but we also provide our décor items inventory at no extra cost to you, again NO COST. We have a huge décor storage area full of signs, mason jars, cake stands, drink containers, barrels, slabs, wood “cookies”, greenery and drapes, we include the ivory table linens for the circle banquet tables, runners for the farmhouse tables and the list goes on!
We are there to help guide you in the direction of planning your big day, and coordination of wedding ceremony. We attend rehearsal and help you organize the timeline of events. The day of we help work with & greet all your vendors upon arrival, and ensure your day is AMAZING and take care of everything outside while you’re getting ready inside!
We make it a priority to create spaces for our couples to get ready in that feel luxurious, airy, and relaxed.
THE BRIDAL SUITE
The bridal suite Inside the farmhouse exists a private space with a large suite bedroom, makeup table, ceiling to floor antique mirror, full size couch, hanging space and air condition. A full size bathroom with a clawfoot tub, walk in glass shower, toilet and double sink. Downstairs in the farmhouse includes a large living room with sectional, fireplace. Large dining room, full size kitchen for light use during wedding day.
Outside beyond the firepit area is a rustic 10 x 24 building with elegant furniture leather and velvet with an antique mirror, bar stools & the great outdoor views.
THE GROOM SUITE
Clients are free to invite and contract any vendor that might assist in turning our barns and grounds into their dream event. Should you request to provide alcohol to the event, you are obligated to purchase host liquor liability insurance for $1 million if it is not provided through your caterer or bar service. We require a $1 million general event liability insurance certificate for your event and $5 million for general aggregate. Cover for the provision of alcohol must also be included which can be obtained online or through your personal insurance company. (If you are booking insurance on EventHelper, choose YES for alcohol coverage and YES to waiver of Subrogation as they are mandatory).
To book your special day with us a contract needs to be signed and a payment 50% is required at that time, the remainder 50% is due 90 days before the event date.
MINI CEREMONIES & ELOPEMENTS
Starting At $850
A two hour rental includes bridal suite access & grooms suite, full use of the property, barn and gardens. We include our day of coordination to help the time go just as planned. We provide the officiant, a champagne toast and help put a few decorations together on the arbor, or inside the barn! All this is included with up to 30 guests (max).
There is the option to add on photography for $400.
Add on options for cake and catering also available.
